Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the CKT Insurance website and communication services.
Effective October 10, 2026. These terms apply to cktinsurance.com, go.cktinsurance.com, website forms, the guidance experience, scheduling, and communications initiated through those services.
Website use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, submit information you are not authorized to provide, or use automated requests at an abusive volume.
Educational information, not a binding insurance offer
Website content and guidance results are provided for general educational purposes. They are not an insurance contract, policy, binder, guarantee of coverage, underwriting decision, tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or promise that a particular product is available or appropriate for you.
Insurance coverage is governed by applicable carrier-issued policy or contract terms, enrollment and eligibility rules, underwriting, and approval requirements. Product availability, premiums, benefits, exclusions, limitations, riders, and carrier rules may vary by state and individual circumstances.
Medicare and government programs
CKT Insurance is an independent insurance agency and is not Medicare, the federal government, or a government agency. For official Medicare information, visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE. Additional Medicare-specific permission-to-contact, appointment, recording, marketing, disclosure, or Scope of Appointment requirements may apply when plan options are discussed.
Requests for contact
Submitting contact information authorizes CKT to respond to the request you initiated using communication methods that are lawful for that request. Providing a telephone number or email address by itself does not enroll you in optional marketing communications.
SMS messaging terms
CKT Insurance may offer separate optional text-message programs for service-related and marketing communications. Service-related messages may include responses to your inquiry, requested information, appointment reminders, and service updates. Marketing messages may include educational resources, insurance-related information, offers, or service announcements.
If you separately opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable SMS program. Reply HELP for assistance, or call CKT Insurance at 580.407.4221. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, obtaining a quote, or using the website's educational guidance experience.
Telephone marketing preferences
CKT will honor applicable do-not-call, revocation, and communication-preference requirements. If you ask CKT not to make marketing calls to a number, that request will be treated as a suppression for covered marketing calls unless a later lawful request or consent changes the preference.
Marketing email
If you separately opt in to marketing or educational email, CKT may send insurance education, service information, follow-up content, or promotional messages. You may unsubscribe using the method provided in the email or by contacting CKT.
Automated, prerecorded, artificial, and AI-generated calls
CKT may offer a separate optional consent for calls that use automated dialing, prerecorded messages, artificial voice, or AI-generated voice technology. Where prior written consent is required, CKT will rely on that separate affirmative consent before initiating covered telemarketing calls.
Consent to those calls is not a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining a quote, or receiving educational guidance. You may revoke consent by telling CKT during a call or by contacting CKT at 580.407.4221.
Artificial intelligence on the website
Some website or communication functions may use artificial intelligence or automation to summarize information, route inquiries, create draft content, or assist with customer service. AI output may contain errors. Actual policy documents, carrier materials, official government sources, and licensed professional review control where they differ from automated content.
Appointments and Medicare conversations
Scheduling a conversation does not obligate you to purchase anything. If a Medicare sales or marketing appointment is requested, additional CMS-required permission, Scope of Appointment, recording, or disclosure steps may apply before or during the conversation.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to carriers, insurers, Medicare.gov, enrollment platforms, scheduling services, or other third-party tools. CKT does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
No guarantee of results
Examples, educational scenarios, estimates, illustrations, or descriptions of strategies are not guarantees of future performance, savings, eligibility, approval, tax treatment, investment return, or insurance outcome.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original CKT website copy, branding, layout, and educational materials are owned by or licensed to CKT Insurance. You may use the website for personal informational purposes, but may not republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission.
Website availability
The website is provided on an available basis. CKT works to keep information accurate and useful, but does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current in every jurisdiction. Official carrier documents and government sources control where they conflict with website summaries.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CKT is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website, third-party websites, or reliance on general educational content. This section does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including its sections addressing mobile information, communication choices, service providers, and AI-assisted communications.
Changes
CKT may update these terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by applicable federal law and, where not preempted, the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Questions about these terms may be directed to CKT Insurance at 580.407.4221 or by mail at 907 N Central Ave, Idabel, OK 74745.
